Does anybody know the name of this anime? Please?

I know it's not much to go on but I remember it taking place primarily in a high school and it had a lot of comedy in it, which for me was odd because I navigate towards just violence or story. Another focal point that sticks out in my mind is a guy that would show up on a horse (odd) and the horse had really long legs (more odd). Like I said I know it is not much but I'm hoping somebody will get a light bulb for me.
