What does this line in this Quote mean?

The monster is speaking to Dr. Frankenstein. He is referring to the fact that he is alone, but that a woman "as deformed and horrible" as he is could be his companion. So he wants Dr. Frankenstein to create this woman for him. "This being you must create" to be someone who could love me. Even though Dr. Frankenstein is not there, he is thinking out loud. In the monster's mind, if the boy was ugly like him he might not have killed him.
