Could inexpierence cost a team in the play-offs from a coaching stand point?

It just occured to me that we could possibly see Seattle and Tampa Bay in the NFC chamionship game both Coaches have experience in the Super Bowl , Mike Holmgren winning 1 and losing 1 and Jon Gruden winning 1 . Now it is a long shot but not impossible ........Do you think Wade Phillips and Mike McCarthy can get their teams ready for the play-offs not having any experience in the Play-offs as Head Coaches. And im not bashing Dallas or Green Bay , just want people's opinons if a scenerio like that would occur
