Help Me Please! I Need Someone That Has Gone Through This Too!?

I am 17 years old i had a miscariage at 15/16 latly all i have been wanting is a nother baby. I wont have money for about a year at the soonest but i dont know what to do til then. So if you have been through this please help me. Thank u
