Good beef eye of round roast recipe?
its about 1 pm so i have pleanty of bake time, its the only meet in my freezer atm, its defrosting right now and i was wonder a few things, a good way to cook it (i read to cook at 500 reduce to 475 cook for 21 minutes, turn off the oven and lt sit for 2 and 1/2 hours, ive never cooked this type of roast before and i want it to be juicy and tender so im asking for another opinion ^.^) also i was wondering what kind of seasoning to use, i was thinking of chopping up onion and garlic cloves with some dijon mustard and some peper and salt, but any other recipes are great, i love differnt tastes, thanks so much in advance!
