So I'm making this giant baby rattle...color schemes anyone?

so I have to make this 3 ft. long baby rattle for our up coming dance show Alice and Wonderland...the rattle is for the tweedle dee and tweedle dum dance. I'm not sure what color(s) the rattle should be. any ideas?
