What some examples of media activities for kids?

I'm teaching media activities to children ages 8-15. I've found i'm running out of ideas. I've done photo scavenger hunts, radio shows, poster design and limited photoshop ignments with them. I only have them for an hour a day, and group size is usually 6-8 kids. I need something that involved everyone and is fun. Any ideas? I have at my disposal video, digital photography, radio and newsletter activities.
