The next part of my dilema..Please help me its v.urgent...?

Ok Ive just gotten back from hols with my best friend and her family, we had a great time, my best friends bro is the same age as me and we have known each other for a few years, we would be friendly but not extremely close. We became good friends on the holiday and certain things happened that makes me think that maybe he likes me. He held doors open for me everywhere we went. I caught him looking at me sometimes. He teases me and I tease him over silly things. We were out one night and this guy said I was pretty and he agreed and siad...you are really pretty. Then we have spent some time together and have had a few drinks, been dancing, he mimicks me, plays with me, talks with me and he went to touch my face another night. I dont know what to expect, he texts me sometimes aswell. He visited our house the other night..we were all having a few drinks, I found him to be looking in my direction alot, as he was a tad drunk i didnt pay too much attention, but later on he was playing and teasing me alot, he even ed me on the bottom a few times,,,playfully, not in a pervy way!! When we were going to bed, he grabbed my foot on the stairs as a prank, and I caught him looking at my chest aswell, ovbiously he did not realise he was being so blatant with a few drinks in...what do you think...does he want me?
