Stress handling?

Someone once told me that you can't get help for the problem until you figure out what the problem is. You have mentioned here that it is "unhappiness due to things that have happened in the past" that keep bothering you and not allowing you to concentrate. First, you have got to list just what those "things" are; then, we can work on them one at a time. Also, if it has to do with an ongoing situation that started in the past, that can be worked on to. Please do some meditative thinking regarding this and see what you can come up with, then I will be better able to help you. I do know this though, obviously, you haven't resolved anything or they wouldn't be poking their ugly heads up at you and pestering you still. Once you "resolve" them they will be much easier on you. I want to help you more but feel that my hands are tied to do more at this time than what I have said herein.
