How far should censorship go?

To date I have been fined points for not liking Kanye, and now Hillary Clinton.I have not used foul lanquage . Censorship can keep those less that intelligent people from posting . But, where do you draw the line between honest opinion expressed clearly with out foul language, as opposed to those postings who are dripping with venom - whether foul lanquage is used not. Where do you draw the line, & who draws said line?
