How do you shut down a church? Do you petition it or something?

This is not a church, just a psychopath Dad terrorizing and brainwashing his kids - just like the guy at Ruby Ridge - more in love with his ego than his children's welfare. He will get his wife and kids killed as well probably, and will answer before God for that.
