Embarring and personal question !! Need help?

Hello. I have a very embarring problem. I'm 14 years old, and I'm really uncomfortable problem. Few years ago I have noticed that my is too small for my age..and it didn't grow a bit :/ All my friends in school have facial hair, pubic hair and es bigger than me. It's really uncomfortable with that :( I really don't know what to do with that...I feel weird with my friends around..I feel like they mature and I'm not...Please hel, tell me what to do or why is that !
