I lift weights every monday, wednesday, and friday. I really wanna start stacking up the muscle and start gaining some serious pounds. I was thinking about going out and buying a big jug of whey protein due to the fact it has 26 g's of protein per scoop. I also have at home a lot of Creatine capsules. Should I mix the two or what should I do? What would be the best for me if I'm trying to gain weight? Please help. Thanks for your time. BTW im 15 years old, weigh in the mid 140's. Many points to the best answer, maybe even the first. Thanks again and please give good advice :) haha.
