Does n/e one know if there is a way to anoymously turn someone in if there talking about suicide w/out callin?

i know someone that is talking about suicide and i was wondering is there n/e way to anoymously tell w/out calling that suicide hotline... they put u on hold then transfer you to where u are and se lives in indiana so alabama don't help me....
